Extinction Rebellion UK (XRUK) has been raising money from crowdfunding, major donors, NGOs, trusts and foundations, with the majority coming from online crowdfunding. We are clear and transparent about our sources of funding and also on how this is spent.

No one is paid as “staff”. Around 3% of volunteers receive expenses to help cover the cost of living and in some cases external contractors may be paid to deliver essential services (please see our Financial Policy and Processes for more information).
